Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on thegurunumerology.com are digital products delivered electronically.

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the report has been generated or delivered.

In case the report was not delivered due to technical issue, we send reports manually through Email or WhatsApp.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• If you did not get your reports with in 3-4 days, due to any technical issue or any other circumstances. 

• There was a duplicate payment

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
